About Katie Paxton

As your Realtor, it is my goal to provide you with knowledge and guidance throughout the home buying process to make your experience as seamless as possible.  Prior to joining the Jim Powers Team, I was an educator, so I have first-hand knowledge and experience with the school districts in the York community.  I also have prior experience as a residential loan officer, which provides a unique set of skills and insight to assist you with your home buying needs.  As a native of York County, I possess a deep knowledge of the area and look forward to sharing it with you!
